Welcome to TEN, operated by Tring One FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These Terms apply to all users: customers who collect stamps and businesses that offer loyalty rewards through TEN.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the TEN app, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use TEN.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use TEN, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have a valid mobile phone number
  • Not be prohibited from using TEN under applicable law
  • Not have been previously banned from TEN for Terms violations

Businesses must be legally registered and authorized to operate in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if your account is compromised
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with TEN
  • Attempt to defraud businesses or manipulate the system
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the TEN app
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or TEN staff
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. How TEN Works

For Customers

  • You collect stamps by scanning your TEN QR code at participating businesses
  • Stamps are awarded based on the business loyalty program rules
  • Once you reach the required stamp count, you can redeem your reward
  • Rewards are subject to business terms and availability
  • Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred

For Businesses

  • You set your own loyalty program rules (stamps needed, reward offered)
  • You are responsible for honoring rewards you have defined
  • You must scan customer QR codes accurately and honestly
  • You pay subscription fees as outlined in your pricing plan
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime, but fees are non-refundable

5. Pricing and Payments (Businesses)

Subscription Plans

Businesses pay a monthly subscription fee based on their active customer count and selected plan. Pricing is available at ten.app/pricing.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable, even if you do not use the service
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

TEN owns all rights to:

  • The TEN app, website, and platform
  • TEN trademarks, logos, and branding
  • All software, code, and algorithms
  • Documentation and content we create

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of TEN without written permission.

Businesses retain ownership of their business name, logo, and reward program details. By using TEN, you grant us a license to display this information to customers.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

TEN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • TEN will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Data will always be accurate or backed up
  • Businesses will honor their loyalty programs
  • The service will meet your specific needs

We are not responsible for:

  • Disputes between customers and businesses
  • Lost or expired stamps due to business closures
  • Third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers)
  • Device compatibility issues

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEN and its employees, directors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TEN.

Our total liability for any claim related to TEN is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for businesses) or $100 (for customers).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TEN harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of TEN
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Content you submit or actions you take on TEN

10. Termination

You may close your account anytime by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Your payment fails (for businesses)
  • We are required to by law
  • We decide to discontinue TEN (with 30 days notice)

Upon termination, your access to TEN ends immediately, and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with TEN, please contact us at support@getten.app. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court instead of arbitration. We may also seek injunctive relief in court to protect our intellectual property.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TEN. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.
